20:09 I ask Julie if she can make the reservation.
      She calls Sherbrooke.
20:10 I get to hear my name spelled in French, now I know how Gomez Adams felt when 'Tish would speak French to him.
20:11 Then Julie says:

          "Non, 'WINSLOW'"
       About 8 times.
       Finally it sinks in and I get a confirmation number.
